It’s already March!

The year is flying by, seems like a week ago I preparing to go director shadow in Savannah, and now that was a month ago!

Here’s this week’s four!

1) Article I’m Enjoying–

It’s rare that we consider the low-tech advancements that elevate the human condition, but there are probably more of these than we freely want to admit. MIT’s Technology Review ran an article about the Ten Recent Low-Tech inventions that have changed the world. It shows you that important solutions don’t need to come from Silicon Valley.

2) Book I’m Enjoying —

I’m certainly late to the party when it comes to the impact of Steven Pressfield’s THE WAR OF ART. After listening to screenwriter Brian Koppelman (Billions, Rounders) interview Pressfield on the awesome podcast THE MOMENT, I was compelled to pick up THE WAR OF ART. Its core premise is overcoming the Resistance that prevents us from being the optimal version of ourselves so we can fulfill our calling (which doesn’t have to be in the arts, but is about creation… like what entrepreneurs or inventors do).

3) Documentary I’m Watching —

I GOTTA BE ME on Sammy Davis, Jr. It’s part of PBS’s American Masters series and this awesome doc is available on PBS’s streaming platform so you have no excuse not to watch this.

4) Quote I’m Pondering —

“The higher density of brass your balls are, the more likely it is you’ll succeed “ – Jeffrey Gitomer
